CABLE TELEVISION AND HIGH SPEED INTERNET INCLUDED UTILITIES AND
YARD CARE EXTRA
$21.65 PER MOWING OR WEED REMOVAL
All RV rates
include Cable TV with 90+ satellite channels and
11 in park information channels and High Speed Internet,
by way of either or both our cable TV lines or WIFI.
Annual RV Park Model and Mobile Home rates are based on leases that commence
January 1 of each calendar year. Departure at any time during the year will
result in the applicable monthly rates being charged if that amount exceeds
the monthly lease rate based on annual occupancy. |

Services include: garbage pickup on Tuesdays,
brush pickup on Fridays, access to
Laundromat, clubhouse, use of pool tables, shuffleboard courts, tennis courts, swimming pool, heated spa, kitchen, library, and exercise building.
Annual rates include cable
& internet, electricity is not included. Electric charges
are billed on metered KWH usage.
THERE IS A COST OF LIVING INCREASE EVERY
JANUARY 1st FOR ALL ANNUALS. Above rates are for two people. Additional guest charge will be $3.00 per person per day. (14 day limit on
children.)
Fenced Storage Area (Residents Only): $32.48 per month.
On site Storage (Residents Only): $59.54 per month.
PAYMENT POLICY
Seasonal (monthly) guests may pay rent, phone, electric and other
charges with check or cash or credit card. Annual residents may pay
with cash or check but not with a credit card.
CHECK ACCEPTANCE POLICY - October 1, 2009
The
following policy is effective immediately
CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITH THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

Checks draw on US Banks; or
-
Checks drawn on a Canadian Bank in US dollar, only with ‘US
Funds’, ‘US Dollars’ or ‘US $’ pre-printed on the cheques.
Under no circumstances will we accept checks in Canadian dollars, or
Canadian checks altered to indicate US dollar.
OTHER FORMS OF PAYMENT ALSO ACCEPTED:

US dollar Money Orders or Bank Drafts

For seasonal RV (non-annual) – Visa, Master Card or Discover
Compass Bank will open a checking account for winter Texans during
their stay in the Valley. The bank will also work with guests to
arrange for funds to be sent electronically.
ATM/Debit Cards can be used at local Banks to obtain cash, but not
for payments directly with the Parks.
