RESERVATION POLICY
2014-2015 SEASON
ALAMO, TEXAS

  1. All advanced reservations prior to October 1, 2013 will require a minimum reservation of 3 months.  RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A $250.00 DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM.
  1. Current Residents on lots will have first choice of a reservation on that lot for the following year, for a 3 month minimum stay.  These reservations must be made between March 1st and March 15th. 
  1. All other reservations will be made on an availability basis.  Specific site requests can only be honored with an advanced reservation of 3 months or more.  Management reserves the right to change lots prior to arrival to accommodate effective use of lot spaces for advance reservations of less than 3 months.  We suggest you do not order phone service until you arrive.  Please call before you arrive to find out your mailing address.
  1. DEPOSIT REFUNDS: A $25 cancellation fee applies to all reservations.  The deposit less the cancellation fee will be refunded upon written request received prior to October 15.  No refunds will be issued after October 15.  Consideration will be given to medical emergencies or death of an immediate family member (parent, spouse, sibling, children or grandchildren).  Refunds are always at the discretion of management.  A letter or documentation from the attending physician of your medical emergency or in the case of death, a copy of the obituary notice must be received within two weeks.  Refunds will not be issued in the case of “bad weather”.
  1. RESERVATIONS MADE FOR A SPECIFIC LENGTH OF STAY MUST BE PAID IN FULL UPON ARRIVAL; THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.  Shortening the length of stay upon arrival will not alter the amount due.  (Example:  Upon arrival you say you are only staying one or two months, you will still pay for the three months that you made your reservation.  Extending your stay may require a change of site, due to other reservations.
  1. LEAVING EARLY: There will be no refunds issued after arrival.  If you leave early and wish to return before your original departure date, management will hold a site, however it may not be your original site.

PET POLICY:

Pets are welcome at Alamo Palms.  Leashes (no longer than 6’) must be used at all times.  NO pet is allowed to run free.  Pets may not be tied out and left unattended.  Any droppings left by pets must be picked up and disposed of properly. Personal Assistance Pets only are permitted in resort buildings or recreation areas.  Pets are to be walked on streets, NOT on residents’ sites or empty sites. NO chronic barkers.  If a pet becomes a problem or threat or you fail to comply with these rules the result is one warning before the removal of your pet is required.  Should resident choose to leave the Park, no refund will be issued.
