The facilities are good. We hope
they will continue to be maintained without extravagant updates so that
costs will remain reasonable.
We feel that having “volunteer activity coordinators” brings the park people
closer together. We also hope this will keep the costs of the park down. We
really enjoyed Alamo Palms.
We loved it so much we bought a home in the park in 2004.
The Hispanic workers are great! Office staff and workampers are all eager to
please and will help in any way. Alamo Palms is the greatest! We love it!

Wonderful! It’s great to have personable, helpful staff who also know and do
their jobs. We love the security provided by the gate attendants and
appreciate all the workampers. Our mail room is very efficient and Pauline
is the best. The park looks great. This was a great year!
Our compliments on the restrooms. They were excellent and the laundry room
great. Enjoy the clothes lines outside by the laundry. The lady who cleaned
there was great! Our stay was very good and that’s why we come back. We also
enjoyed very very much the tennis courts. It’s a great park!
It’s the nicest park we have ever been at. That is why we purchased a unit.
I have been coming to the Valley for 8 years and have stayed in several
parks from Harlingen to Mission and found that Alamo Palms has them all
beat. In fact Alamo is the best park we have stayed in in all of our travels
throughout the United States.
Very friendly park, rich or poor all are treated equal.
First visit made in 1974. Bought a home in 1977 and will be moving to my
third mobile in June. Plan to live here till I die. Best park in the Valley.

We came for 1 year and next year will be our 7th. You have the most
wonderful, caring people living and visiting Alamo. All money raised goes to
some good causes and all done by volunteers. So many activities and so many
friends. Alamo doesn’t’ have the glamour of the other 2 parks but it has the
heart.
Alamo Palms is a great place to stay. We have always enjoyed our space and
the friendly people. We normally have 3 to 4 couples with us in their RVs.
We are in love with Alamo Palms. When we return this fall we will buy a
mobile home for winter living.
We appreciate the clean facilities and friendly people. We also found lots
of activities and loved the exercise room.
The park looks neater and more attractive than it has in years. The
landscape people are doing great.
We had the best year we have had in a long time.
We were well pleased with the staff and the services provide by them but it
was the character of the residents and the many activities that made us want
to return.
After being at Alamo only 2 weeks we decided to purchase one of the mobiles
that were for sale. We look forward to many more winters in South Texas.
We were treated like old friends even though they didn’t know us.
We had a great time. So much so that we are in the process of purchasing a
mobile home in the park. Alamo Palms is a very well kept secret!
I think it is one of the nicest parks I have ever been in. Personally I
don’t see where there needs improvement. Keep up the good work!
